No thumbnails after upgrade

Hiya,

Upgraded to Gal 1.5.9, and thumbnails won't create :( It just comes up saying Bad System Call in debug mode. The picture is uploaded and you can look at it when you look at the photo, but it won't create the damn thumbnails. Used to work fine on an earlier version - 1.4.4 it was.

Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.rebooted.net
Gallery version: 1.5.9
Apache version: 2.2.8
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 5.2.5
Graphics Toolkit: Netpbm
Operating system: FreeBSD
Web browser/version (if applicable): Using Firefox, tried IE as well

Any one got any bright ideas...I need to upload new photos lol. Thanks :)

Hi!

Intermediate version...nope I'm pretty sure not. Just checked the album folder via ftp, and there is only the original photo that got uploaded, the 2 resized pictures that are normally created failed to create, "Bad System Call" for both.

Sorry for delay, was away last week with work, just noticed the update :)

Nope? But you see 2 (?) resized versions?

Hi...sorry, been away again. Must also remember to regularly check this thread when I'm away.

If I select a picture to upload, it upload successfully. But it fails to create any resized pictures/thumbnails at all (error is "Bad System Call"). I can see the original picture is I click on the "Unable to Display Thumbnail" link, but obviously the resized pictures aren't created for whatever reason.
