Ebony Theme font color

I have my gallery up and working, using the ebony theme. It is a very nice theme. I have things working ok. You can see it here: http://talkington.us/gallery2

I am using a colorpack from X_treme. It looks great but in the site admin section the background colors of the data entry lines is a silver color and the text/font color is a light color. As a result I can not see what I am entering into the field. I have tried to find where to change either the background color of the data entry or the text/font color.
Does anyone know where I could find to change these color?

BTW: The slide bar does not work under IE8. I tried and could not get it to work. It works fine under IE7
