WPG2 g2image.php popup window broke upon upgrade

Hello everybody,

I have been using WPG2 for a few years with no problem. However, when I upgraded my wordpress and gallery installations, the popup window for inserting pictures into blog posts stopped working. Apparently when it is tries to generate the JavaScript drill down menu, something goes wrong and the menu is inserted as visible code in a long line. Has anyone else seen this problem? Is it easily fixed? I have no problem getting my hands dirty, but when I looked under the hood, it was not apparent to me what might be wrong. Thanks for the help ahead of time!
