Plugins and Gallery version 2.3

After installing completely from scratch version 2.3 I can
post here my experience with the new modules and Admin-Plugin section:

A Basic set of Plugins is preinstalled, some activated, some inactiv. These functions all work properly.

Now there are additional compatible useful plugins available for gallery version 2.3 but don't use any older or incompatibel version! upload by FTP into the Module directory creates errors and blocks the function. Use the correct proceedure instead!

Correct Procedure: set the directories "modules" and "themes" to chmod "777" (delete any preexisting copy of a plugin in the modules directory if there should be one). Then go to the Admin-Section and use those commands to download the corresponding repositories (language) and let the plugin download from the Admin-Command Panel, now there should be no Error and the plugin is activatet and accessable in the Admin-Control-Panel.

This Procedure was applied to the Plugin "Sizelimit", it introduces automatically a Settings-panel in the Album-Settings and allows to limit the size or kb of uploaded Images.

Generelly version 2.3 uploads faster and larger Photos without any interrupts as it occured in version 2.2.6.

I use a standard ADSL Phone connection.
