Installing Gallery core problem

Gallery version (2.3):
PHP version (5.2.6):
Webserver (Apache 2.2.8):
Database (MySql 5.0.51a):
Operating system (Windows):
Browser (IE):

I have a problem in installing gallery2.
I tried to install as fresh copy many times but it fails.
It stops when installing step 8: gallery core installation.
Please check the attached file of installtion log file.
