How to add full french language

Hi, I've got a problem with french translation. I downloaded the plugin http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gallery/g2-module-multilang-1.0.12.zip and retrieved all the language. I put in the admin part the language french as default. But in the front end gallery, some words are still in english like Add items... I don't know what i've done wrong? Thanks for the help.
