Approximate time/effort/money to create new template?

My client has asked me to create a very customized (looks not function) template. Can someone tell me approximately how much time/effort it will take? I need to give them an estimate, or talk them into accepting one of the the standard themes (with tweaking). |

That would wholly depend on the requirements.
A simple embed would probably be a more fitting solution.

So, back to my original question- how much time/effort/money?
What would it cost me if I hired someone from this site?
Because I've been working my a** off all day and I don't think it looks enough like the approved layout.
- so, anyone interested in some paying work? Just to skin this portion of the website? (I'm reposting this to see if I get any takers).
