Email Test Error

Unable to Configure my Email settings.

I am running on an Apache server with shared hosting. I created my first email address at my website, which is for "webmaster" and I have run a test from my gmail account to see that my webmaster account is working. However, when I enter my gallery email settings, I am getting errors. My errors are not from the "Server" address, "Username" or "Password". Errors seem to be from "SMTP From Address". What belongs in this field?
