Photo file name removal from page title bar and above large photo

Using a modified version of Matrix, when I click on the thumbnails, I then get the full-size image which is what I wanted. HOWEVER...The title bar in the browser displays the image file name, which I do not want. I want to set the title to a generic title in order to keep it compliant with my website. ALSO, the file name of the image is again displayed right below the Gallery logo, and I don;t want this to happen either.

One other item...which CSS file do I change to turn the gray bars in the header and footer (that contain the nav links) to black?
