Admin account locked - unable to recover PW even using Emergency Recovery

I have locked out my Admin account login. I tried to reset it using the Emergency Recovery page, howerver when I login with the new password, the system still thinks the account is locked. Is there a way I can use MySQL or something else to manually unlock the account so i will be able to login?

I am using Gallery 2.
