Currently, Gallery lets users choose whether they want to display pictures in "resized" or "full-size" version. The option to display pictures in full-screen ("fit to window") is only present if there is no resized version of the picture in the album. This patch for gallery 1.3.4 adds a "fit to window" choice when viewing pictures, even when a resized version is present. This lets users with good bandwidth view pictures in full screen resized version if they want to. Of course the option to view the full-sized version is still there. Please let me know if you like this, I'm also thinking of releasing a patch for a full-screen slideshow (in a popup fullscreen window). The attachement is a patch against view_photo.php. Feedback welcome! (Note: this post is a duplicate of what I posted in the "customizing gallery" forum yesterday, this forum is probably more appropriate)
