Issues upgrading from 2.2.5 preinstaller to full package 2.3 version ....

I got these messages. Prior I got the blank page error. I have installed using the installer in my host Elefante installer. I have used the database from my Drupal. I have not installed any gallery before. I tried to upgrade the version 2.2.5 to 2.3 version. I am not having the following.

I am not sure if this relates to permission ? I have given all permission I think. What could be the issue here please ???
