Changing the Page Slug breaks the install

I have installed and got working Wordpress 2.7, Gallery 2.3 and WPG2 plugin 3.0.7. They all work fine but if i want to change the page slug from within pages of wordpress to change the URL of my gallery it now breaks and I get a 403 error of "You don't have permission to access /gallery/ on this server."

I changed the page slug from wpg2 to gallery.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you cannot change the pageslug to the same directory as your Gallery2 installation, it will as you found out break Wordpress. Sorry!
