I have added "[core] View all versions" permissions to the group Everybody, and the gallery gives message "Sorry, the page your requested could not be found, or no longer exists." I then added "All Access" permissions to Everybody for every gallery, and the gallery would not show up. I logged in to Wordpress and refreshed the gallery and everything displayed fine. What can I possibly do so that individuals can view the gallery when not logged into my blog??

My problem isn't exactly the same, but its close. I thought everything was working, but realized a couple days later that if I am not logged into Wordpress that clicking on the daily album image (sidebar block enabled) didn't load the album, it just reloaded the wordpress page (without any stories although with the complete header/sidebar/footer). I'm on WP 2.7, but using an older theme with the latest gallery 2 with WPG2 (v3.0.7) set to NOT create a WP page (though it did the same thing either way that was toggled). Permissions is [code] view all for group Everybody (as above), but no error message is generated. Again, works fine when logged into the site, but most folks visit the site without logging in. Gallery 2 album displays fine via a direct link.
UPDATE: Turned out that I hadn't published the required static page in WP that WPG2 needs to operate. For some reason this page had been left in Draft status. Once I published it, everything is working fine.
