I installed the gallery module to integrate correctly the gallery2 application. Also every user has automatically their own album upon account creation. I have also disable the "Gallery " link that is generated automatically by the module within the Navigation menu.
Now every time I create a new user I get a new link to that user's newly created gallery in the Navigation Menu. I really don't want this to happen and don't understand why it does happen!!
I can remove these links if I go to the gallery module settings pages:
Administer > Site configuration > Gallery settings > Menu > Menu Items
and then unchecking them one by one. But really I would like them never to be created in the first place.
I am wondering how to make it so these links are never created in my navigation menu. I don't want to have to sign in every day to disable new user creations, but if I don't do it manually, my users end up with a huge navigation menu that includes all of this crap. How do we stop that from happening?
Please help.

Did you figure this out ? If not , have you looked at the menu setting in drupal itself ? You'd need to disable the menu that is there for gallery. Maybe.
