Album missing

Upon logging into my Gallery installation, I found an entire album missing. Is there anyway to see what caused this? I would like to know 1) when it happened and 2) if a user somehow deleted it 3) if a user didn't delete it, I need to find out how this happened..but I'm at a loss where to start |
