Error installing Gallery Core

Please forgive me If I am missing something. All I really want to do is put up a photo gallery online. I found the Gallery "plug-in" and thought it would be simple to do. I have gone thru the install process, created everything I can think of that I need to create. I have to imagine that I am missing something. Please help me.
