Remove / Hide Album 'Options' from all users

Hi,

I would like to remove / Hide Album 'Options' from the Edit Album page for all users other than Admin.
Just leave Add Items, Edit Captions & Rearrange Items.

I just installed Gallery 2.2.

I found a solution for Gallery1 within this forum but not for Gallery2.0.
Is it possible? Either through the administration somewhere or by altering some of the code?

I would also like to remove the Album Theme Custom Fields tabs.
