Hey Guys,

I was wondering whether its possible to have the random image module display 4 random images in 2 columns, 2 rows, rather than each image on a new row.

Is there a way to acheive this, if not, what would be nessasary to create / modify such a solution?

I would really appreciate your advice :)

Thank you
Andrew

Hi,

thank you for taking the time to suggest those links. Both do exactly what im looking for. I decided to use the media block you linked too....ive downloaded the file, and now im slightly confused as to exactly what i have to do with it?

Im using Joomla with the gallery bridge thing so it works with my joomla site, do you know of any resources or how-too guides on how to implement this into a module in my joomla installation?

Ive looked at the support forums from the place i downloaded the media block from, but i cant seem to find a simple how-too file...

if you could point me in the right direction, id appreciate it very much :)

Thanks again
Andrew

  • upload to your gallery2 directory
  • edit line 28 to reflect your setup (the embedUri would be the same as your Joomla embedUri
  • and start calling content using our examples as a guideline

Kai shows how to embed my minislideshow in joomla. Mediablock would likely be similar. His example is kind of old, but I'm not familiar with joomla myself.
