[checkout] How do I remove the word 'from' in postage, package & delivery option dropdown box

Hi folks,
Can anyone tell me how to remove the word 'from' in the postage, package and delivery options dropdown box on checkout.select. I have tried selecting all different combinations under the postage band information on checkout.Admin page and looked at checkout.Select, however can't find where to make this change?

I want to change the following text in dropdown box on checkout.select page

ORIGINAL:
Email - from $0
CD, postage and packaging - from $5.00

NEW:
Email - $0
CD, postage and packaging - $5.00

Which .tpl should I be looking for?

soory - im a noob - do all the references to 'from' have to be deleted from this file or what

i want the same result - just postage option and price (no word from)

so how exactly do i need to edit this file?

Find the word "from" and remove it. Follow the instructions at the top of the .tpl template file with regard to how and where to save the edited version. Don't forget to clear the template cache to see the changes.
