# Graphics Toolkits * Dcraw Operating system (e.g. Linux): openSuSE 10.3 x86_64 2.6.22.19-0.2-default Gentlemen/Ladies: I need help with the svn release, for some reason gallery is appending an extra "srv" to the end of all page calls generating errors in the apache2 error_log. For example: [Sat Jan 31 04:07:14 2009] [error] [client 192.168.6.102] File does not exist: /srv/www/htdocs/srv, referer: http://www.3111skyline.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.SiteAdmin&g2_subView=albumselect.AlbumSelectSiteAdmin The document root for all openSuSE boxes is /srv/www/htdocs unless set to something other than the default. (no change here) Of course the "File does not exist:" error is perfectly correct because /srv/www/htdocs/srv "does not exist:" Why is gallery appending an extra "srv" to the end of the documents root? More importantly, where does that get added and how do I stop it? I have searched the database, the config and every file in the gallery2 install with 'grep -ir srv htdocs/gallery2 and got nothing? Let me know if I can help by doing any more tests or providing any additional information. I'm happy to help track the issue down. Thanks. David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. |

Hi there,
Did you ever solve this issue? I'm having exactly the same problem!
I'm running v 2.3.1
Gallery version = 2.3.1 core 1.3.0.1
API = Core 7.54, Module 3.9, Theme 2.6, Embed 1.5
PHP version = 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.10 apache2handler
Webserver = Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.10 with Suhosin-Patch
Database = mysqli 5.0.51a-3ubuntu5.7, lock.system=flock
Toolkits = ArchiveUpload, Exif, ImageMagick, Gd, Thumbnail
Default theme = matrix
gettext = enabled
Locale = en_US
Though the extra string appended to my log entries is "var":
[Tue Sep 07 12:02:12 2010] [error] [client 1.2.3.4] File does not exist: /var/www/apache2-default/var, referer: http://mygallery.homelinux.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.UserAdmin&g2_subView=core.UserLogin&g2_return=%2Fgallery2%2Fmain.php%3F
Thanks!
