Need a Theme... User uploads one picture in one (invisible) album

I'm just wondering whats the EASYEST way to get a theme for people to upload a picture and comment about it. Thats really all i need. One page with maybe 10 rows and 1 column of pictures that people have posted with comments underneath the picture. Please if anyone knows what i can use, i would really be thankful.
