z.T. werden keine Bilder angezeigt

Hallo,

also ich kämpfe hier mir der aktuellen Gallery und bin doch ziemlich sprachlos. Wenn ich Bilder hochlade werden einige angezeigt, andere wiederrum nicht.

Bsp:

Dann das 1. Bild.

Wenn ich 1024x1024 einstelle und ein Bild ist außerhalb der 1024, wird zwar das Vorschaubild erstellt, aber kein Bild angezeigt. Eigentlich müßte er das doch automatisch rendern, oder? Im Forum bin ich über diesen Beitrag gestolpert, aber das hat mich leider nicht weitergeholfen.

Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Willkommen im Forum! Hab mir mal Dein Album angeschaut (via gepostetem Link). Vorschaubilder werden angezeigt, Klick darauf gibt weisse Seite. Diashow mit Adobe Flash zeigt grosses Bild (200812_BotGartenBerlin37). Da ist alles OK. Ich vermute mal, dass es ein Caching Problem ist. Unter Site-Admin -> Leistung -> Beschleunigung ausschalten und unter Wartungsaufgaben mal alle (sinnvollen) Tasks ausführen und im Browser den Cache löschen.
Ansonsten, System auf Integrität überprüfen (Module "Integrity Check"). Bei weissen Seiten Webserver-Logfile prüfen.
Wenn nicht mehr massenweise Bilder hochgeladen werden, Caching wieder aktivieren!

Weiter habe ich mir das Logfile angesehen und zu diesem einen Aufruf folgende Zeile gefunden:

x.x.x.x - - [08/Feb/2009:16:27:53 +0100] "GET /galerie01/main.php?g2_itemId=473 HTTP/1.1" 500 - "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de; rv:1.9.0.6) Gecko/2009011913 Firefox/3.0.6"

Code 500 bedeutet ein interner Serverfehler. Soweit konnte ich schon etwas herausfinden. Dann muß ich mich doch mal an meinen Provider wenden, oder hast Du noch nen Tipp für mich?

Hi Viktor

Den Code 500 hatte ich schon vermutet.

Gallery in Wartungsmode stellen, in config.php den Debug-Mode einschalten mit Ausgabe in Datei, dann Fehlerfall provozieren, Debug-Mode ausschalten, Wartungsmode ausschalten.
Debug-Output hier als Anhang posten. Versprechen kann ich aber nichts ;-)

Also ich seh da keine auffallende Fehlermeldung (bin aber auch kein Spezialist für Debug-Outputs). Jetzt kann ich nur noch vermuten: Ressourcenlimitation (Memory, Laufzeit). Überprüf doch nochmal ganz genau die Gallery2-Requirements mit phpinfo. Vielleicht kann Dir auch der Provider mehr sagen.

Wenn Englisch für Dich kein Problem darstellt, dann ist man dort besser aufgehoben. Und die Gallery-Entwickler sind z.Z. wohl voll mit der Weiterentwicklung von Gallery3 beschäftigt.

Also ich habe im Moment das selbe Problem.

Ich ahbe eine Gallery erstellt und dort werden einige Bilder angezeigt andere wieder nicht. Über das Remote-Tool wird dann nur ein abgebrochenes Icon angezeigt und wenn ich es über die normale Uploadfunktion mache, dann kommt nach dem hochladen eine Erroirseite: "Die Seite kann nicht angezeigt werden"

Kann es vielleicht daran liegen, dass wir die Gallery mit dem wbb3 benutzten? Könnte es da zu konflikten kommen?

Mit wbb3 meinst Du das BB von Wortlab? Wenn Gallery2 embedded ist, kann das immer eine Ursache für Fehler sein! Habe gerade eine Installations-Marathon mit WordPress und Gallery2 hinter mir. Zuerst müssen beide Anwendungen für sich allein funktionieren. Gegebenenfalls das Integrationsmodul deaktivieren und prüfen, ob der Fehler noch auftritt. Was verstehst Du unter Remote-Tool? Was sagt Dein Webserver-Logfile? HTTP Error Code 500?

Und mal eine Frage an alle: Was ist so schwierig daran, in einem Posting die System-Info der Gallery2-Installation zu posten? Siehe Read-me in diesem Forum!!! Wer das unterlässt bestraft nur sich selber.

Ich hab Die Diashow http://www.rundumsschwimmen.de/galerie01/main.php?g2_itemId=708 mit Adobe Flash Player voll durchlaufen lassen. Jedes grosses Bild wurde angezeigt! Auch wenn ich mich von Bild zu Bild durchklicke und ebenso via Vorschaubilder wird jedes Bild nun dargestellt!

Habe nun die Gallery mal komplett alleine installierrt. Also eine eigene Subdomain und neue Daenbank eingerichtet. Bei der Installation wurde alles als erfolgreich gemeldet. Habe dort auch das selbe Problem. Kann es sein, das GD mit einigen Bildern nicht zurecht kommt? Da es bei einigen geht und bei anderen wiederum nicht.

Wenn ich es hochlade bleibt der Verarbeitungsbalken so stehen:

Es scheint irgendwie an den Bildern zu liegen. Hier die Galerry: http://gallery.dofc.eu/

Wie ihr seht geht das Foto Bild 001 ohne Probleme. Das Bild 24, sowie das Bild CIMG5748 geht nicht wenn man draufklickt. In der Diashow sind beide in groß dargestellt.

Das Bild 24 hat eine Grundauslösung von: 2560X1920, das CIMG5748: 2304X1728 und das Bild 001: 1600X1200
alle drei Bilder lagen im: .JPG, .jgp Format vor.

In den Einstellungne unter Album sind als Zielgröße: 640X640und 1600X1600 eingegeben. Habe auch schon 2600x2600 mit aufgeführt, der selbe Fehler.

Verstehe das nicht so ganz, warum das eine Bild geht und die anderen beiden nicht.

O.K. Muss mich korriegieren, in der Vollbilddiashow geht auch nur das eine. Verstehe ich ja mal voll und ganz nicht warum das nicht so will.

Mit der Adobe Flash Diashow krieg ich alle 3 Bilder zu sehen. Mit Gallery-Remote kann das Bild 024.jpg nicht heruntergeladen werden. Wenn ich dann die Gallery-Remote Diashow starte können zwar die Hausfassaden angezeigt werden, aber sobald 024.jpg angezeigt werden soll, wird mein PC ausgeknippst!

CIMG5748.jpg 2304x1728px, 4MB, RAM 11.4MB

Ich vermute mal, dass Du auf Deinem Server in eine Memory-Limite läufst.

Kannst Du mir sagen auf welchem Betrachtungsgeräte Du diese Auflösung nutzen willst?

Für 3 Bilder willst Du ca. 5 MB durchs Internet jagen. Selbst mit einer 1Mb/s Internet-Anbindung wird man für diese 3 Bilder min. 40 Sekunden warten müssen. Wie wird das erst, wenn das Album mal richtig gefüllt ist? Da werden einige Webseiten-Besucher gar nicht erfreut sein. Dann soll's noch Leute geben, die keine Flat-Rate haben und gemäss meinen Log-Files surft jeder 7 noch via Telefonleitung (max. 56kb/s!). Eine Auflösung von 800 oder 1024px dürfte für die meisten Leute völlig genügen, oft nimmt das Browserfenster auch nicht die volle Bildschirmbreite ein. So gesehen reichen auch 640px, die Datenmenge ist 16x kleiner ...

Ich vermute mal, dass Du auf Deinem Server in eine Memory-Limite läufst.

wir haben auf usnerem VPS 1024MB garantiert und bis zu 2048 dynamisch. Dies wird doch eigentlich nur gebraucht, wenn die Bilder verarbeitet werden. In der Grundansicht ist es ja auf 640X640 gestellt.

Das Fotoalbum soll mit TFT 20'betrahctet werden, mit geht es aber eher um die ZIP-downloadfunktion. Es sollen hier Bilder von einer Feier hochgeladen werden, diese sollen dann vom User heruntergeladen werden können um dann entwickelt zu werden. Jeder User soll sich seine Bilder zusammen suchen.

Deshalb wollte ich alle Bilder in der vollen Auflösung auf dem Server haben. bzw. Habe es im ACP so eingestellt, das die User die "Originalversionen sehen" können.

Wenn das irgendiie anders zu lösen ist kein Thema.

Desweiteren würde das ja heißen, dass alle Bilder der neuen Kameragenaration nicht verarbeitet werdne können, da dort die Aüflösungen mit bis zu 8 Mios Pixel in der Kompaktklasse jedesmal bearbeitet werden müssen.

Leider hat nicht jeder der dort etwas hochladen soll ein Programm zum verkleinern. Hätte nicht gedacht, das es solche Probleme gibt.

Ja. Da Du aber keine Infos zu Deinem Server lieferst, kann ich Dir nicht sagen was Du verändern musst. Siehe Tipps & Tricks in meiner Signatur oder Google nach phpinfo().

Welche Limiten sind für php eingestellt?
Zudem Gallery speichert nur das Originalbild auf der Disk, alle davon abweichenden Grössen werden bei _jedem_ Zugriff neu skaliert, auch die Grundansicht.

Mein 20" TFT macht max. 1600x1200px. Für mich nachvollziehbar, aber trotzdem sinnfrei. Ein ftp-Verzeichnis einrichten, alle laden eigene Fotos hoch und die von den andern einmal runter. Und gut ist - jeder hat jedes Foto und es wird von jedem Teilnehmer genau einmal transferiert. Die Auswahl erfolgt auf dem PC ohnehin schneller.
Erfolgt die Auswahl in der Gallery2, klickt er sich wahllos mal durch die Alben, dann nochmal zum Auswählen (jedes Foto einzeln), x-mal vor / zurück. Zum Schluss Download der gewählten Fotos, danach nochmals Gegencheck mit Galerie.
Nein, ich will keinen hindern, sich das Leben schwer zu machen. Nur wenn Du mit dem Download der Fotos Geld verdienen willst, macht das Sinn. Dann musst Du in einen anständig performanten und richtig konfigurierten Server investieren.

Das geht schon. Du brauchst nur einen performanten Server, der richtig konfiguriert ist. Mit Gallery2 hat das rein gar nichts zu tun. Dein grösstes Bild braucht im RAM 12 MB, das wird manipuliert also nochmals 12 MB alloziert an Memory, die Prefetch Funktion macht das mit den nächsten 2-3 Bildern ebenso, dann sind wir schon bei 100 MB, ist's ein 64-bit Server sind schon 200MB. Dann nutzt Du einen shared Host mit 2 GB RAM. Ich wette, dass Dein Provider mit mehr als 10 gleichzeitigen Usern kalkuliert. OK ich vereinfache hier extrem, es soll Dir aber verdeutlichen, wieso man die Ressourcen pro Prozess limitiert und zwar nicht zu knapp.

Bei jeder Kamera kann man die Auflösung einstellen. Eine Auflösung über HDTV macht für Amateure ohnehin keinen Sinn, es sei denn sie wollen Poster drucken, die am Times Sq gezeigt werden.
Nochmals, es gibt keine Probleme, es ist eine Sache der Einstellungen. Wenn Du Deinem Provider nur 5€ / Monat gönnst, gibt's eben Überraschungen.

Dies mit dem FTP geht nicht so ganz einfach, da wir einige Leute haben die PC und FTP technisch mit recht einfachen Kenntnisen behaftet sind. Es soll halt für alle nochmal ein Anschauen möglich sein.

5€ zahlen wir nicht sind schon 30 :D.

Was genau für Infos brauchst du?

Ist ein ubutnu-System mit Plesk

Willst du auch noch die Clients Einstellungen haben?

Mit FileZilla und einer kleinen E-Mail Beschreibung kriegt das auch ein Windows-DAU hin. Ist ja fast Explorer-mässig. Vorschau kann auch anschliessend am PC erfolgen (billiger).

Also für 30 € / Monat kriegst Du bei mir > 30 GB plus professionellen Support. Schick mir mal Dein grösstes Bild und ich werde das in Gallery2 ohne Probleme hosten. Die beiden kleineren Bilder findest Du bereits hier.

P.S mit ftp, p2p haben die Leute das Original innerhalb von wenigen Minuten! Zip luscht wieder an Deine Ressource-Limiten! Ich wette, dass das bei Dir crashed!!!

Nach unserer Vertragslaufzeit können wir da ja mal miteinander reden :D.,

ich gehe eher davon aus, dass es bei uns im Moment in die Knie geht weil wir auch noch andere Seiten gehostet haben und nicht nur die Gallery. Kann ich den an den Einstellungen etwas ändern? Im Moment muss ich ja noch mit unserem Hoster leben.

Das Bild CMG war eines der größten mit knapp 1,6MB. Das andere war kleiner aber von der Auflösung her größer. Das andere hatte knapp 1,1MB. Somit werden vielleicht noch Bilder mit 1,6-1,8MB kommen. Je nachdem was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Also größer werden die Grundfotos nicht.

Deshalb bin ich ja so verwundert, dass es nicht hinhaut.

Das ist die Dateigrösse, dabei sind die Bildpunkte komprimiert. Wenn Du die darstellen / bearbeiten willst werden die unkomprimiert ins Memory geladen -> 12 MB

Ich glaub, dass Ding hies 024.jpg. Weil es die höhere Auflösung hat, wird es im Memory auch > 12 MB brauchen. Bei mir knippste es den Rechner aus. Ich vermute, das die GPU oder CPU überhitzte und so die 'Intel/ATI thermal protection' zugeschlagen hat!

Hab das Foto mal bei mir in verschiedenen Auflösungen hochgeladen (siehe Link weiter oben) mit voller und geringerer Auflösung (029-2.jpg mit 640px). Ansicht klappt bei mir nicht, hab aber z:Z. keine Zeit dies zu verfolgen und ich hab auch keinen Schimmer, was da faul ist.

Also wenn ich alle drei anklicken, wird mir jeweils das größere Bild angezeigt. ODer meinst du noch etwas anderes?

Ah O.K. gerade nochmal getestet. das größte Foto ist 640X480. Also bei dir das selbe Problem wie bei mir, dass das "größte" nicht angezeigt wird.

Eingebettet??? Da ist nichts eingebettet und verändert habe ich ebenso nichts. Nach wie vor wird mir das eine Bild (http://www.rundumsschwimmen.de/galerie01/main.php?g2_itemId=473) nicht angezeigt. In der Slide-Show wird es angezeigt. Komisch das ganze. Mein Provider hat mir auch keine brauchbare Info auf meine Frage gegeben können.

Die Antwort war:

Wir erhalten den Fehler unter dieser URL nicht. Die Seite bleibt weiß. Bitte vergewissere dich, dass die Rechte aller Dateien und Ordner \"755\" besitzen.

Allerdings stehen die Rechte bei allen Verzeichisse auf 755, die Bilder haben 644. Wenn ich die auf 755 setze, dann bleibt das Bild weiterhin weg.

Ich habe das Album Botanischer Garten Berlin Bild für Bild durchgeklickt und alle Bilder wurden im Grossformat dargestellt (wohlverstanden nicht im Diashow-Modus). In diesem Album hat kein Foto die ID=473. Ich glaube nun, dass schlicht die URL falsch ist (genauer: g2_itemId=473) und darum die Seite weiss wird.
Ich vermute, Du hast das Foto neu hochgeladen?

nein, nein, da biste falsch. Du mußt dieses Album nehmen (http://www.rundumsschwimmen.de/galerie01/main.php?g2_itemId=446) und dann wäre es das 9. Bild (der Kuchen).

Konnte ich ja nicht ahnen, dass es jetzt ein anderes Album ist ;-) und mit dem Link aufs Bild konnte ich nur bestätigen, dass die Seite weiss ist. Wenn ich mich recht entsinne, war dieses Verhalten die Ursache für Dein Ursprungsposting. Geändert wurde nichts, aber sukzessive wurden dann die Bilder im Laufe der Zeit irgendwann mal dennoch angezeigt. Zumindest erscheint es _mir_ so, aber ich weiss ja auch nicht, ob nicht inzwischen irgendwo "gedreht" wurde.
Mir fällt im Moment nichts Schlaueres ein als das Bild erneut hochzuladen (z.B. in Root Album), überprüfen, wenn OK Foto in Zielalbum verschieben, überprüfen und wenn immer noch OK fehlerhaftes Foto löschen. Dann, falls wichtig Album manuell sortieren und Foto an gewünschte Ursprungsposition bringen.
Wenn das alles klappt ist's ja gut, aber die Ursache wurde dann damit noch nicht gefunden. Sogesehen kann man nur hoffen, dass was schief läuft damit man die Fehlerquelle sukzessive umzingeln kann ;-)

alles klar. Werde mir das nochmals hochladen.Ich habe das Original 1000x1024 nochmals draufgeladen, alles weiß. Dann habe ich es auf xx x 1000 verkleinert. Wieder kein Erfolg. Dann auf 787 x 800 und jetzt wird es angezeigt. Dann habe ich es auf eine Breite von 801 gesetzt, und schwups wird es wieder nicht angezeigt. Also wenn die Breite über 800 hinausgeht, dann bleibt es weiß. Für das Album habe ich bei den skalierbaren Bildern 2 Werte eingetragen, nämlich 800 x 800 und 1024 x 1024. Ich habe nach wie vor meinen Provider in Verdacht, daß dort entweder ImageMagic oder GD nicht sauber läuft.

PS: das Album war nach wie vor das gleiche. Es kann aber sein, daß ich das mal komplett gelöscht hatte und alles neu aufgespielt hatte.

Da schein klar eine Limite zu greifen, denn klein geht, gross nicht. Diese Limiten sind Hoster-spezifisch. phpinfo.php (siehe Signatur) kann da weiterhelfen (z.B. suche nach memory). Ausserdem würde ich Dir empfehlen 320x240 (Handy) und 640x480 (Netbook) Auflösungen anzubieten. Das kostet Dich nichts, die Bilder werden dynamisch in der verlangten Grösse erstellt, also kein Diskspace aber CPU-Power.

Hmmm so langsam komm ich der Sache auf die Spur. Ich glaube, ich habe den Fehler gefunden.

Es ist eingestellt:

800x800
1024x1024

Wenn ich 800x600 und 1024 x 768 einstelle, dann geht es.

Es könnte alles noch schneller gehen, wenn die relevanten Infos zur Verfügung stehen würden. Verständlicherweise kennen Beginners die Möglichkeiten nicht. Darum: Erstelle eine Datei mit dem Namen phpinfo.php mit folgendem Inhalt:

Hi oceco,

ich erstelle gerade eine neue Galerie. Mal schauen, ob das Verhalten dort identisch ist.

Ich habe über ...lib/support/ die Berechtigungen neu schreiben lassen auf " Read And Write for Owner, Read for Everyone Else". Dann habe ich den kompletten Cache geleert. Alles ohne Erfolg. Ich versuche es jetzt einmal mit einer frischen Galerie (parallel installiert).

unter http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Installation_Requirements stehen die Systemvorraussetzungen drin. Die erfülle ich alle. Auf dieser Seite (http://codex.gallery2.org/Downloads:GHCC) kann man sich ein Script runterladen, welches einige Einstellungen überprüft.

Ergebnis:

safe mode Pass
exec() enabled Pass
file_uploads enabled Pass
session.save_path writable Pass
session.use_cookies enabled Pass
allow_url_fopen on Pass
upload_tmp_dir writable Pass

Also auch alles i.O.
