gallery pages & gallery edit pages not same

I have been making edits to the theme.css file that only seems to be affecting the main page, all other pages are not picking up the styles. But, the other pages have the logo graphic I added by changing local/theme.tpl, but the actual gallery pages do not, that only appears where the css changes do not. The albums are password protected, so before I post any urls, I wanted to see if it was something simple I might be missing.

That's a bit confusing, maybe this is easier:
Gallery Pages > no changed logo, but has css style changes
Gallery Edit Pages (add item, add album, etc) > have logo, don't have css changes

I cleared the template cache.

I don't understand.
Are you using a different default theme? The admin pages use the default theme and each album can have a different theme.

Sorry! No I created my own theme from the hybrid theme. So does that mean I have to change the main page to reflect my theme? How do I do that?
