How do I reinstall and start from scratch or rerun the wizard?

I installed Gallery2 successfully on my Ubuntu 8.04 LAMP server. Everything was working fine but I didn't like the location of the images folder. Since this was fresh I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Somewhere my settings are still saved. I had read about the /setup to redo the wizard, but that doesn't exist for me.

Maybe there's a simpler way to do this, but I would be fine with just wiping out the install and doing it all over again. Runs really well by the way!

Any ideas how I could rerun the wizard?
