How to specify location changed in emails sent by notification module?

Hi,

I seem to remember that previous versions of the notification module specified what exactly changed? However, since I've upgraded at some point in the past, now it only emails that:

"Viewable Tree Change Event Occurred

If you no longer wish to subscribe to this notification please update
your account settings at:

http://snoozybears.org/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.UserAdmin&g2_subView=notification.NotificationUserAdmin"

I'd really like to get some info that specifies which album this change occurred in, so that I don't have to go find it. I have both "Item Added" and "Album Structure Change Event" enabled and configured to send an email in the notification module (both email and public are checked) - but I only get emails for Album Structure Change Event emails. Am I missing something obvious?
