A translater for the entire site (google)

Hi all!

I know it is easy for me (a guy with NO programming experience at all) to ask for this and that. But I am sure it is possible for a guy with programming skills to create a module which is using the google translator engine to translate the entire site. I am using the module "multiLanguage" but is not translating title, summary and description of images and albums. I know of a module for Joomla! which is doing a "full site" translation. But I rather use the genuine Gallery 2 rather than the RSGallery2 for Joomla!.

I hope someone out there who will take on this little challenge.
