front end manual for gallery 2.3

Hi.
I have many requests to create gallery systems for mu clients.
after exhustive research, af all that's available, I have found this to be the best, well done on a great gallery system.

My only issue are the pebcac's (problem exists between chair and computer) that cant seem to find their way around or get started with the front end of the gallery.

is there a front end user manual that i can pass onto these technology challenged individuals?

Save me some tome on the phone so i can get more work done.
