Restricting user with optional parent album to create their own album

Hi guys,

Is there such feature in gallery2 wherein if I want to restrict/provide my user with just a list of parent album to choose from. In this way, I can build a more organized gallery menu rather than just with one default parent album.

For example: I will provide list of parent album/group A-E and from there, they will select where they belong
and create their own album from there rather than all of them, building to just album "A".
