Embeded gallery 2 not working with wordpress

Hi there

I recently upgraded my site with the latest Wordpress, Gallery and WPG2 plugins.
Wordpress 2.7.1
Gallery 2.3
WPG2 3.0.7

It all seems to be working ok according to the wordpress wpg2 plugin page.

However when you click on one of the pictures it just takes you straight back to the home page. I cant work out what is going on as the thumbnail is there but not the linked image.
