New User - Creating Thumbnails

Hi Everyone,

Please bare with me as I am a new user who has yet to master this application. Anyhow, I am trying to do two things right now..

#1- Create Thumbnails (I am using "Gallery Remote" to upload my pictures and from what I understand Image Magick is the program that applies them as I changed the priorities to play around and the watermarks are only applied when image magick is at the top)

#2- I want to make images only one size. Right now, when I upload pictures, you can click on the picture and it is slightly enlarged. At this point, the watermark disappears and I want to fix this before uploading thousand of images so people don't just rip them off.

I tried looking around the forums but couldn't find an answer that I understood. Please help me out as I know this is child's play for the majority of you.
