Fresh Gallery 3, Translation Issues Error

Hey,

I have a fresh G3 alpha 3.

when doing Start / Stop Translating i get the following error (which doesnt bother translating)

in my opinion this resaults from a worng link redirected :
* http://www.domainname.com/sites/gallery3/index.php/sites/gallery3/index.php
instead of
* http://www.domainname.com/sites/gallery3/index.php

Should i open a ticket for it ?

Hey,

Is there a place where i can find the nightly or just checkout from svn ? (i couldn't find it on SF.net)
how do i upgrade ? (i guess i should diff the config.php, what more ?)

I got errors when trying to upload tranlatios. Mostly strange is the fact i had several sucessfull language uploads half a hour before.
