Problem Creating Albums (folders, subfolders) in Gallery 2

This might be minor thing and I may have overlooked. I am trying to create folders and subfolders using Gallery 2. Some reason I don't see any option to create while I am in the galary. All I am trying to do is to create year-->month-->event folders/subfolders to upload pictures from the server/pc.

Also, when you upload what is there defalt setting so all pictures are loaded in as thumbnail and when you doble click, it will be right size to open for the viewers?

Any suggestions will be apprecated. Last but not least, is there a tech support to send similar problem/issue?
