Need 1.4.3-pl2 setup directory

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

Apache version: don't know
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.4.7

Operating system: server? don't know
Web browser/version (if applicable): n/a I think

Well, after a second failed attempt to upgrade Gallery 1.4.3-pl2 to 1.5, I realized that my backup did not include the setup directory.

My gallery is working fine but when I try to run the configuration wizard I get just a blank page.

Is there any way I can get a copy of the setup directory files from 1.4.3-pl2? Or can someone just tell me I don't need it as long as the gallery is working.

ALSO, can you please tell me what permissions I should have on .htaccess and config.php and the setup directory when I am NOT configuring/upgrading.

By the way, I had the same problems upgrading as in a post I made last year: http://gallery.menalto.com/node/78513. I guess there is some problem with my ISP and the PHP setup or something. I'm going to switch ISP's soon anyway.
