So, I'm finally getting ready to move to G2 (been integrated into Geeklog, and had no motivation to upgrade it). Ran the find_orphans script, and there's 410 files in there.. about 1/3 are .lock files, another 1/3 are .thumb and .sized files, but the other 1/3 are actual pics.. is there any easy way to get those added back in, so that the gallery realizes them? (preferably from the command line? I don't mind doing it through the gui, but it's slow.)
Thx

I think you are stuck with the gui and ftp for dleteting the unwanted files.

Lame.. that's what I thought tho. So just download all the pics, let find_orphans clean them up for me, then re-upload?
Is there any harm to letting it nuke the .thumb, .sized, .dat, etc files?

Write a script and contribute to the project.
Yes. Somehow the data file and file system got out of sync.
the .dat file(s) is/are required as it has has valuable data that I suspect you don't want to add over again.
