[checkout] and [checkoutemail] anyway for people to select payment methods?

Hi there,

im currently using checkout and checkout email

is there any addon or easy modification, so that people can select the method of payment, i.e money order or direct deposit before they check out and then you get emailed the payment method they have selected?

I know basic coding, but wanted to see if anyone else has done this before, if there is an add on etc, or if someone can tell me how to do it? basically something that is a drop down or radio buttons, and you just pick the method of payment before it checksout.

As checkout email works at the moment you just include how to pay in the email, but you dont know how they are going to pay until they actually pay.
