Changing theme / look for Gallery ver 3

How do you change out the layout and look on Gallery 3? What files do you edit? Is there a place with themes already that are easy to overlay the default?

each view has a html.php file that you can edit the layout.
For example the album.html.php is for the album view.
CSS has big affect as well as there is a lot of <li> list items.
