Can't create album or upload photos

I have finally gotten Gallery 3 installed and it appears to be working - well almost. I downloaded the latest build tonight and installed it - now it's working up to the main panel. In the administrator login, I tried to upload a photo - no go. I tried to create an album - no go. I tried to edit an album - no go. I can't seem to get anything to work. Most of the other administrator functions seem to work just fine.

Your page is not fully loading. seems that a file might be missing/corrupt. Try uploading the files again.
In the future there should be a file verifier like we had in g2.

Thanks Dave.

That's what I suspected. I've done the install/upload about three times so far just to get to this point. So I am correct that more should load even if there's NO albums or photos in the Gallery yet? I'll get on this Sunday afternoon.

Yes if you view the source of the page it is not fully loading.
