user photos linked to user profile

Heres one for you budding programmers (as I am Just starting out).
In the gallery each member has a profile would it be possible for someone to create a module that would show the user All of the Photo's he has uploaded and comments & ratings recieved for each photo in his profile. Then have a module that would allow users to see whos on line with a link to their profile and the photo's linked to the user being viewed?
