I'll join in on that cheertrain - iPhoto integration was a very heavy point in favour of G3 in my book.
That said, it has the habit of crashing if I have Export title and comments disabled when exporting. Would a trace be of any use to you?

Hmm, I can't get this to work. When I try to add my gallery to the module, it says "Unknown error: 1002". Any ideas?

I can help you if you send me these logs from the Mac OS X console :
- iphoto logs from when you start the plugin
- iphoto crash log, if any
And tell me which version of iPhoto and which version of the plugin you have.

Could you tell me where I can find this logfile of iPhoto? My iPhoto is version '09 8.1.2 (424) and plugin version 0.4.5.
EDIT: I updated the plugin to version 0.4.7 and I got rid of the error. Now it just says "could not connect to the gallery". I might just not know how to ;)
EDIT2: I thought I figured out the connection problem, but got stuck with the "Unknown error: 1002" again. I'm a little confused...
EDIT3: I'm quite new to Mac world and didn't know there was a program for console ;) now I found it, but all it says is
5.12.2010 15.19.14 iPhoto[313] doLogin: url = http://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/photos/rest
5.12.2010 15.19.14 iPhoto[313] doLogin: error = 404
Something to do with the REST-module? I do have it running though...

Don't know if you remember me but I wasn't able to get this plugin working some months ago. Well, not anymore! I've just tried the latest version and it works.. a big WOW!
Looking at the changelog, I think my problem was with the basic authentication issue that was fixed in v0.4.3 (my site uses Apache basic authentication).
Anyway, I've encountered another problem. When you delete the active user account while logging in using it, iPhoto will crash, and everytime you open the Export window after that iPhoto will creash. So again I am unable to use it!! Hehe.. I think this is solvable at least

@verre
I think you need to modify your gallery url to :
I found why iPhoto crashed after you deleted the user. But I cannot make it crash again after an iPhoto restart.
I need you to send me the iPhoto logs and crash dump for the second crash.

Oh that was the problem. I have to try when I get back home from work. Thanks for the info!
EDIT: Yeah, now it works! =) didn't thought of having to put index.php in the url too.
