You don't have any toolkits that will process images installed. You need to install ImageMagick, NetPBM or GD.

I have add Imagemagic and I can't get the albums moved. I am completely lost.
Is there a way to go back to gallery 1 if you unpacked 2 over 1?

Well they don't share any files but that would be quite a mess to separate the two out
I think when you unpacked G2 over G1, index.php probably got overwritten, but that's probably it, err maybe config.php, but I think G1's config file was configure.php, I'm not sure though.
Are you getting error message when trying to import G1? If you PM me login details for G2 and the path to your G1 albums I can take a closer look and see what's going on.
