Your English is good.

In G3 you can't assign permissions to individual users or items (photos), just groups and albums. So what you need to do is create a group and put that user into that group. Then you can assign permission to that group to add items.

If you need anything explained better, just ask.

Thank you nivekiam, very appreciate. But it's hard for me to do it that way. I have around 1,700 users. Or may be someone will make plugins for this purpose in the future. Thanks again mate. :)

Hi untitle

forget about the number of users. Think about how many user groups you will need whereas every user group has a unique permission pattern. Then think about how you will have to organize your elements (albums, photos, etc.). Organize them in a way that you can
1. easily assign a group with the neccessary access rights to a group-album, eg. public and company. Give them both all neccessary access rights starting form the root album.
2. next revoke all access rights to a subtree (eg. user group public may not access the album company).

If you wanna build a social network like Xing, Facebook, Orkut, etc. then it may become a little bit trickier. Even with G2 I doubt one could easily realize this.

I'm in the same situation as untitle in that I want to create separate albums for each user and have that user only be able to add to and edit their own album. So it seems that the only way to do that is to create a group for each user and give that group/user permissions for that one album? Or am I missing something? Seems that having user permissions would save having to do everything twice.

Yes, that the only way until someone creates a module that makes this easier.
