Automaticly adding the Album or Photo description to the META information??

Hi, is there a way to add the album descripcion in the meta information so when you share your album in facebook, the information is automaticly retrived??

And when you go into a page, add the information of the picture?

Depends on the verson but you could edit:
function metatags() in lib/content.php
I am sure this has be asked before, let me search.
