If you create an album, set the permissions so that only registered users have the "View Full Size" permission, and then populate that album with videos, those video's will only play for registered/logged in users. Users who are not logged in will get a "stream not found" error from Flowplayer. Is this behavior intended?

Not sure. I guess it could be as the user does not have permissions to view the file.
What would you expect the behavior to be? Perhaps not a play button the video or a better warning after the user attempts to play the video?

Well, on the user end it would probably be better to display some kind of message about how they don't have the necessary privileges to watch the video instead of loading Flowplayer and letting it display a cryptic error message. Either that or hide the video entirely, like Gallery does with albums that user's don't have permission to view.
But on the admin end of things, nothing about the description "View Full Size" would make me think that unchecking this permission would completely disable videos for that album. If I hadn't of spent so much time digging around in Gallery's database, it probably wouldn't have occurred to me that Flowplayer's error was caused by that permission. If that's the intended behavior for this permission, perhaps it could be renamed to something like "View Full Size / Videos"?
