Unable to add more than twelve tags at the same time

Can anyone confirm this? It happens on my gallery3 beta 2 installation. It sounds a trivial thing to do, but when tagging people on groupphoto's, it's actually quite useful to be able to add more than twelve |

First try with the latest experimental code:

Report back if that works or not.
Also, is this in the Organize portion? If so, that's also going through a major overhaul.

Mmm, I'll do that on my local installation. And, I'll check the Organize thing (on gallery3 beta2) as well

I was able to add thirteen tags on one picture on my gallery3 beta2 using the Organize option (I selected the album, picked one picture and added 13 tags).

I've just installed the new code, and now the limit is 24.

Please list out the exact steps you are doing and I'll see if I can duplicate this.

In gallery3 beta 2, I've picked a picture in an album without any tags, and I tag it like this: 'one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen'. When I press Add Tag, the box clears, removing my tags. However, the box above it ('Popular Tags') does not change, nor does it reflect the changes when I reload the page. When I use the string "one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve", the box clears as well. However, the tags are added to the photo (which I found out by pressing F5, because I use the display tags module) and the 'Popular Tags' box updates (this last thing however, happens instantly, even before I pressed F5).
In the latest beta, the behaviour is the same. However, when I add more than 24 tags (this time I did numerals, eg. '1 2 3 4' the box does not clear. It simply does not visibly responds.. "nothing happens". When I remove the last tag ('25' in this case) it does however; the tags are added to the picture (again, I saw it with the displaytags module after pressing F5). Again, even before pressing F5, the 'popular tags' box is updated.

Sounds like you're actually running to a character limit, which looks like it's 64 characters.
'1 2 3 4' is actually 1 tag of 1 2 3 4. If you want to add separate tags separate them with commas;
1,2,3,4,....

Damn, how did I miss that? :D Now that I hover over the tags, i see what happens. The entire string gets an underline, not a single tag. The tags have a longer minimum size than I realized. Three letters or longer, and it seems to correctly split on ' '. Before that, you need to use the ','.
Well, we found the problem, no thanks to my incredible way of overlooking things. Thanks for your assistance :D
