I've poked at (what I thought might be) the usual suspects but can't put my finger on which module or template creates HTML code for the album description ... I'm using Carbon theme, the area in question is at left of screen when an album's thumbnail page is visible.
I know there's a spot in the EDIT ALBUM admin screens where I can type in the descriptive text, add a URL, an IMAGE, etc. What I would like to do is to have an image appear there that opens a link when clicked. I've been able to achieve that much so far by using the URL button to put the link between the "bracket URL close bracket" and instead of text for the url, using the "bracket IMG close bracket" set to display an image instead. So far, so good, and if that's as far as I can go, so be it.
What I'd REALLY like is for the clicked URL to pop open in a new window, ideally, in a bare window such as those that appear via script when the fullscreen image icon is clicked, but I'd settle for a plain jane new window. Since it's not possible to add the additional HTML code in the description entry box (well, can type target=, etc. but just get it spit out as text) ... I'd be happy to modify the template to hard code in the effect I'm looking for.
Any suggestions? Hope the above description is clear!
