what would make my photo URLs change in G3?

this is a question of concern - no URLs have changed but . . .

what could cause the URL addresses to change?

the reason i ask is that my eBusiness depends on the photos being active or readable from the URL address when it was embedded in my web pages.

can i move a photo around within a Gallery? an album? or NEVER move it? if i or the server moved the location of a gallery it could 'break' the URL addresses of every photo i am referencing!

NOTE: if not already in place, a feature that would track the new location and maintain the original URL of a photo as a way to keep dependencies working correctly!

this seems to be a very valuable feature!

Nothing would cause the URL addresses to change unless you move the images. Just like any website, if you move stuff around and don't want broken links you'll need to track those changes yourself and create redirects or rewrite rules so people who visit the old URLs get directed to the new ones automatically.
