Javascript errors on Gallery2 image chooser page

Greets everyone...

Am having problems with the Gallery2 Image Chooser page that comes up to select an image to insert into a blog post. Hasn't worked at all so far. All I get is javascript errors when clicking on the INSERT button.

The steps being performed are as follows:

• Log into the Wordpress admin area and go to POSTS | ADD NEW
• Type some text into the post and position the cursor where I wan to insert a picture.
• Click on the G2 button to bring up the Gallery2 Image Chooser page
• Browse my Gallery folders to locate an image
• Select an image and click the Insert button

I have had a bit of a search around trying to find a solution, pretty much everything I had come across though is a bit different and all the solutions I tried have not worked.

If anyone has any ideas would be fantastic. I don't know squat about javascript and am a bit of a noob on php
