I have always hated how the G2 RSS feed can get picked up by facebook as a RSS feed and shows up as a note with no Photo or good wall post. So I spent some energy writing something that will do it in a nice way. The API to post the photo on the wall properly seems to have a bug on the facebook side. But my coding seems to be functioning to let you pull the rss feed from your gallery 2/3 install and show it on the wall in a decent way. http://apps.facebook.com/galleryfeeder/ Looking for feedback on where to go with this, its a good start at something. My guess would be to have a cron job run and auto wall post when gallery's are updated. d |
