can not log in and need help upgrading

I can not log in with my user name and all the attempts with my reset password will not work. Please advise me on how to get on and update my older versions. I was deployed for the last few years and have not been able to up grade till I just retired. The last time I could get in and add a few photos was Aug 23rdh 2009. I am willing to pay to have our Unit photos, all 3,464 of them on 23 albums upgraded and so I can log in again.
